My SMART Goals
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound goals for my entrepreneurial, career, and educational journey.
Launch a small student venture
By the end of next school year I will start and run one small income-generating venture (reselling, a service, or a digital product), making at least 10 real sales so I can practise pricing, supply, and customer service.
Build my business knowledge
I will finish BEP2O with a strong grade and complete at least 2 extra short courses or readings on entrepreneurship and finance, summarizing each in my portfolio.
Strengthen leadership & communication
I will take on at least 2 leadership roles (a group project lead or a club/team role) and ask for feedback each time, so I keep growing the 'lead-by-example' style I used in the Stuffie Shelter build.
Plan my career path
I will research and shadow or interview professionals in 3 fields I'm curious about (business management, food safety, and tech/entrepreneurship) to choose a confident post-secondary direction.
